About Olaiya
Olaiya (oh-lie-uh) is located in Territorial California, in the rebuilt skyscrapers of the Old Los Angeles Area. It’s the first City in TC to work toward Zero/Plus status, as a place that doesn’t create any waste but is 95% self-sustainable. But there are darker things going on here. Why would a community want its members to have no memory of the past, and why would a place that’s meant to be full of safety and health be so quick to harm? Members go missing if they step out of line, and if they’re lucky enough to come back, they don’t remember what’s happened to them.
